Ashley Hunsaker-Grimes, MA, LMFT
Supervisor & Direct Service Therapist
“The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.” — Joseph Campbell
Hello, my name is Ashley. I found inspiration to become a therapist because I have been personally touched by mental health struggles. I know how important mental health is to the totality of human health. To be able to help clients discover bits of themselves is something that I greatly cherish within my work. Being let in to an individual’s inner world, and being a part of their journey of self-growth gives me great joy. I strive to create and cultivate a safe therapeutic relationship with all of the people I get the pleasure to work with.
I am passionate in working with anxiety, and have specialized experience in postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD. I am an avid reader and enjoy learning and incorporating the latest psychological modalities into my therapy practices. I use an eclectic approach in treating individuals with a highly individualized therapeutic approach. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.
