Direct Service Therapist

Compassion, belonging, trust, humor, liberation, resilience… These are core values that I bring to the therapeutic space. I deeply respect the human experience and believe that all people are born with the innate capacity for healing. Hopelessness, confusion, and fear are human experiences that need not be encountered alone. The best part of my work is witnessing clients find an authentic expression of self through which they can face challenges and be present for the joys of life.

As a therapist trainee, I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and those in the LGBTQ+ community. Previously, I worked in the field of educational therapy where I helped children access the world of learning while honoring their needs, strengths, and learning styles. While completing my Bachelors degree in Women’s Studies, I organized events to raise awareness of domestic violence, sexual assault, and identity-based violence & inequities.
