Direct Service Therapist

“What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly.” — Carl R. Rogers

Hello, I’m Taylor! I have always felt drawn toward understanding what it means to be human. I am a meditation/yoga enthusiast. I aspired to become a therapist because I believe the work of cultivating mental wellbeing can significantly reduce suffering. My therapeutic work is rooted in guiding clients to realize their own potential. My goal is to develop a relationship with my clients that they can use to facilitate growth and change. Through meeting you where you are and helping you relate to parts of yourself that have long felt inaccessible, we can move towards you living your life the way you want to.

I am passionate about working with young adults dealing with life transitions, neurodevelopmental, anxiety, depressive, and bipolar disorders. I strive to provide therapy with the utmost empathy, conscientiousness, self-awareness, and cultural humility. I use an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, person-centered, and existential therapies.
